Tears and Sweat
To this materialistic world, its position that decides value of you and your words.
For example,
Assume of sweat and Tears, Both are secreted from body with only difference of the organs they are secreted from. The prior is secreted from Eyes and the latter from Skin. Now its very easy to understand that Tears are more valued than Sweat despite of being similar in composition. If one can be biased on his own body parts then its very obvious that they are being biased towards a CEO than a clerk.
The basic line of the example is we are used evaluate the meaning of the words based on the position of the person saying them.
I have been observing the same since one of my Physics lecturer in college told me an example as mentioned below,
Assume there are two people , Person A is CEO of the company and Person B is Clerk in the same company.
If there is a sentence " I used to skip my college classes to watch movies with my friends", Observe the a normal employee reaction when the above two persons say the same.
Person A (CEO of the company) : Do you know even i used to skip my classes to watch the movies with my friends?
Now every employee in the hall gives a big round of applause and they start discussing about it as an achievement and then they go to their college days to remember some likely stories.
Person B (Clerk in the company) : Do you know even i used to skip my classes to watch the movies with my friends?
Now the same employees who applauded CEO starts criticizing him that, If he had attended classes he would have been in a better position now instead of being clerk.
In case 1, the sentence is assumed as achievement as the person who told it is CEO and the case 2 the same sentence is assumed as a reason for failure as the speaker is a Clerk.
After i was told this example i really doubted peoples behavior and started observing them. Later i came to know that people value others who cry for them more than who sweat for them.
Then i started observing within them and i was surprised to know that tears are more valued than sweat just because they come from eyes not from skin. Then i understood whole theory of relation between value and position.
Now am not at all surprised because when one can be biased towards his tears will definitely biased towards CEO.
Unfortunately even after being known that tears and sweat does almost similar kind of role ( Protecting organs) the sweat is being ignored.
To Sweat with Love.
